Account Responsibility

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with any specific promotional terms issued by batjalli, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of batjalli is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. batjalli maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically possible.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
- Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction — whether imposed by batjalli or any other gaming operator — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
- Restricted Territories: You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
- Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration using false, borrowed, or fictitious identity details is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Age Verification Process
batjalli reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.
Underage Gambling Prevention
If you are aware of any individual under the age of 18 attempting to use the Platform, please notify us immediately at support@batjalli. batjalli cooperates fully with authorities in any investigation relating to underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gaming services on batjalli, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. batjalli reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on batjalli. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, batjalli will close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonus balances, and may retain any funds in those accounts pending investigation.
- Registration Data: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address accurately and completely. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Username and Password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. batjalli recommends using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters of at least 10 characters in length.
- KYC Documentation: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or upon request by our compliance team, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation including a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
- Account Security: You must notify batjalli immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. batjalli will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to such notification where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Corporate or Third-Party Accounts
batjalli accounts may only be registered and operated by natural persons acting in their own capacity. Accounts registered by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any other legal entity are not permitted. Furthermore, you may not allow any third party to operate your account on your behalf, including through power of attorney arrangements.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
batjalli supports a range of locally recognised payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed over SSL-encrypted connections to ensure the security of your financial information.
batjalli operates a principle of payment method symmetry: withdrawals must, wherever technically possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, batjalli's compliance team will advise on acceptable alternative methods following completion of the applicable KYC verification process.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified during a promotional period. Deposits below this threshold may be declined by the payment processing system.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed and the funds will remain in the account balance.
- Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Player's account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.
- Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds that legally belong to them. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and may be treated as evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Transaction Fees: batjalli does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the Platform side. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their terms of service, for which batjalli accepts no responsibility.
- Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). batjalli does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions originating in a foreign currency will be declined at the payment gateway level.
- Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed or disputed transaction, Players should contact support@batjalli with the relevant transaction reference number. batjalli will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period during which batjalli may request additional KYC documentation. Requests submitted by verified accounts in good standing are typically processed within 24 hours. Accounts with pending KYC requirements may experience processing delays of up to 72 hours.
Anti-Money Laundering
batjalli is committed to maintaining robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The Platform reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that raises AML concerns, to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player, and to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
batjalli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms accompanying each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Where bonus abuse is identified, batjalli reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, and to close the account without notice.
- VIP Bonuses: Players enrolled in the batjalli VIP programme receive personalised bonus packages tailored to their tier level. VIP bonus terms are communicated directly to the Player by their account manager or via the VIP portal. These personalised terms supersede the standard promotional terms where the two differ.
- Seasonal Promotions: batjalli periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including the BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Specific eligibility criteria and bonus values for seasonal promotions are published on the promotions page at the time of the relevant event.
Bonus Withdrawal Order
Where a Player's account contains both real-money funds and bonus funds simultaneously, real-money funds will be used for wagering first by default. Bonus funds come into play once the real-money balance reaches zero. Withdrawals requested while bonus funds are active will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings attributable to them, unless the wagering requirements have already been fully satisfied.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the batjalli Platform, you agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful to other users and to the Platform. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all users at all times.
You must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the batjalli Platform:
- Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human browsing technology without prior written authorisation from batjalli.
- Using betting software, arbitrage systems, martingale automation tools, or any other automated wagering mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner inconsistent with legitimate individual play.
- Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or games. Any such issue must be reported to support@batjalli immediately upon discovery. Players found to have exploited technical errors will have all associated winnings voided.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information to batjalli at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with customer support.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing batjalli employees or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools designed to mask your true location.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access and operate your account.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Violation of any prohibition listed in this section will result in one or more of the following actions at batjalli's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Player's account; forfeiture of all real-money balances and bonus funds in the account; voiding of all outstanding bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity; referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal conduct is suspected. batjalli's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the batjalli Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio elements, video content, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of batjalli or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of batjalli.
- Use the batjalli brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, advertising material, or public communication.
- Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the Platform on or through any other website, application, or service.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, watermark, or other proprietary marking that appears on the Platform.
Game content available on batjalli is provided under licence from third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of the respective studios. Any dispute concerning the functionality or fairness of a specific game title should be directed in the first instance to batjalli customer support, which will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
batjalli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, the safety of other users, or the compliance obligations of batjalli.
Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team at support@batjalli. Voluntary account closure requests should specify whether the closure is permanent or whether the Player wishes to set a temporary self-exclusion period under the Platform's responsible gaming tools. batjalli will process voluntary closure requests within 48 hours of receipt.
- Grounds for Suspension: Account suspension may occur where batjalli suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or violation of any provision of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Grounds for Permanent Closure: Permanent account closure will be applied where an investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, where a Player has been found to be under 18, where multiple accounts have been identified, or where a court or regulatory order requires account closure.
- Balance on Closure: Where a Player's account is closed by batjalli for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms (e.g., voluntary closure or Platform discontinuation), any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable transaction fees. Bonus funds will not be returned upon closure.
- Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, batjalli reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Real-money funds deposited by the Player (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breaching activity) will be returned where the Platform determines this to be appropriate following investigation.
- Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. batjalli may charge an administrative fee of up to ৳200 per month on dormant account balances after the 12-month period, up to the total balance value. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
Self-Exclusion Options
Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be accepted. To request self-exclusion, contact support@batjalli with your account details and preferred exclusion period.
Reopening a Closed Account
Players who have voluntarily closed their account (without a self-exclusion flag) may request account reopening by contacting support@batjalli. A standard KYC re-verification will be required before reinstatement. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms are not eligible for reopening under any circumstances.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. batjalli's decisions in respect of account management, bonus eligibility, and bet settlement are made in good faith and are final in the absence of manifest error. Players wishing to dispute a decision should contact support@batjalli in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. batjalli will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 calendar days.
